Unlocking the Future of Protein: Mycelium Protein Helps Food Companies Achieve Product Upgrades and Sustainable Development
Mycelium protein, based on microbial fermentation technology, is offering a highly promising solution to the ultimate challenge in food: achieving both "better taste" and "better health." With its natural fibrous texture comparable to real meat and its clean, efficient production method, it is bringing new dawn to the future development of the global food industry. Momi Biotech's mycelium protein is fermented from selected high-quality microorganisms, avoiding at the source the risks of antibiotic, pesticide, and hormone residues associated with traditional agriculture and animal husbandry, ensuring high safety.

Functions of N-Acetylcysteine
Antioxidant Effects
-
Glutathione (GSH) Precursor: NAC is a key precursor for synthesizing glutathione. Glutathione is an important endogenous antioxidant that can scavenge free radicals in the body and protect cells from oxidative damage.
-
Direct Antioxidant Activity: NAC itself also possesses direct antioxidant activity, capable of reacting with free radicals and reducing oxidative stress.
Detoxification Effects
-
Heavy Metal Chelation: The sulfhydryl group in NAC can bind to heavy metal ions (such as mercury, lead), forming insoluble complexes, thereby promoting the excretion of these toxic substances.
-
Drug Detoxification: NAC is also used in the antidotal treatment of certain drug overdoses (such as acetaminophen), by increasing glutathione levels and reducing drug-induced liver damage.

NutriLeads Launches New Prebiotic Supplement Wecarrot
NutriLeads has launched Wecarrot, a new daily dietary supplement. This product combines its patented ingredient BeniCaros (a carrot-derived prebiotic fiber) with a scientifically balanced ratio of Vitamin C and Zinc. Through the dual mechanisms of modulating gut microbiota and enhancing immune function, it supports gut microecological balance and systemic immune defense. The product debuted on the Dutch e-commerce platform Bol.com; taking two capsules daily provides comprehensive immune and gut support for 30 days. BeniCaros, as a precision prebiotic fiber, effectively promotes the proliferation of beneficial bacteria and the production of short-chain fatty acids, while also training innate immune cells to improve response efficiency. Combined with the antioxidant and immune-regulating functions of Vitamin C and Zinc, it collectively builds a health defense network from the gut to the whole body.

PepsiCo Updates Corporate Brand Image for the First Time in Nearly 25 Years! Making You Think Beyond Pepsi-Cola
On October 28, PepsiCo announced on its official website the launch of a全新的 corporate brand image, stating that this move represents "change." The new corporate brand image is already live on multiple official platforms, including PepsiCo's website and social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. On PepsiCo's website, the new logo's yellow, blue, and green colors have become the site's theme colors. At the bottom of the site, PepsiCo's new slogan – "Food, Drinks, Smiles" – scrolls repeatedly like video platform bullet comments. This is the first time PepsiCo has updated its corporate brand image in nearly 25 years. The previous version was introduced in 2001.
The precursor to Pepsi-Cola was created in 1893, but PepsiCo was founded in 1965 through the merger of Pepsi-Cola Company and Frito-Lay, Inc. From its establishment to now, the 60-year-old PepsiCo has used a total of 4 corporate brand images. Looking at the overall visual evolution, a very obvious change can be observed: the "flavor" of Pepsi-Cola in the logo has become increasingly faint.
Each update of the corporate brand image reflected PepsiCo's positioning of itself at the time.
In 1965, just after the merger with Frito-Lay, PepsiCo's most famous brands were Pepsi-Cola and Lay's Potato Chips. The PepsiCo logo was a "slightly adjusted version" of the Pepsi-Cola logo, borrowing its iconic red, white, and blue "Pepsi Globe" motif, while the text changed from "Pepsi" to the company name "PepsiCo".

EU Announces: Sanctions on Chinese Companies! Threatens Strongest Trade Measures!
According to reports from Reuters and others, the European Union recently formally announced its nineteenth package of sanctions against Russia, listing 45 entities on the sanctions list, involving 12 Chinese entities (including 2 from Zhejiang). This imposes stricter restrictions on the export of dual-use items and technologies, as well as goods and technologies that could enhance Russia's defense and security sector technological capabilities.
The EU stated that the listed third-country entities have indirectly contributed to Russia's military and technological enhancement, thereby enabling the circumvention of export restrictions, including those targeting Computer Numerical Control machine tools, microelectronics, drones, and other dual-use and advanced technology products.
Reuters reported that while listing Chinese companies is not a first for the EU, this instance is "the one with the biggest economic impact."
