Menopause is a transitional period during which a woman's ovarian function gradually declines from a robust state to complete cessation. During this time, the secretion of the hormone estrogen decreases rapidly, leading to a series of physiological and psychological impacts. Menopausal symptoms can severely affect a woman's daily life.

KABP®Menopause is a probiotic formula designed to influence estrogen levels in menopausal women by regulating the gut microbiota. Before being excreted from the body, estrogen is converted into an inactive form in the liver. Cargojet extends DHL deal to 2033

Canadian carrier Cargojet announced Wednesday it has extended its long-term transportation agreement with integrator DHL Express to March 31, 2033, and will reduce DHL's potential equity in the company from 9.5% to 6.6% as part of the exchange that extends the deal two years ahead of its expiration.
The amended cargo services contract is expected to generate C$2.3 billion ($1.75 billion) in revenue for Cargojet. DHL has the right to extend the agreement twice for two-year periods, potentially extending the deal until March 2037.

In early July, Cargojet extended its contract with Amazon by four years. That deal will run through March 31, 2029.
Under the expanded partnership, DHL continues to guarantee minimum paid flight hours per month and will prioritize Cargojet for additional routes as it adjusts its global network to meet shipping demand. Cargojet will also terminate warrants to acquire more than 1.6 million voting shares, and instead issue warrants giving DHL the right to purchase 1 million shares at C$67.90 per share over eight years. The warrant is linked to DHL providing up to C$4.3 billion ($3.2 billion) in volume commitments during that time.
