Breaking News: U.S. to Lift a Series of Restrictive Measures Against China
The Commerce Ministry spokesperson stated that, guided by the consensus between the heads of state of China and the U.S., the economic and trade teams of both countries held talks in London from June 9 to 10. They reached a principled consensus on the framework for implementing the important agreement from the June 5 phone call between the two heads of state and solidifying the outcomes of the Geneva trade talks. Since the London talks, the Chinese and American teams have maintained close communication. Recently, upon approval, both sides further confirmed the details of the framework. China will lawfully review export applications for controlled items that meet the requirements, while the U.S. will correspondingly lift a series of restrictive measures against China.
It is hoped that the U.S. will work with China to move in the same direction. Following the important consensus and requirements from the June 5 phone call between the two heads of state, both sides should further leverage the China-U.S. economic and trade consultation mechanism to continuously build consensus, reduce misunderstandings, and strengthen cooperation, jointly promoting the healthy, stable, and sustainable development of China-U.S. economic and trade relations.
Previously, on June 26, U.S. Commerce Secretary Lutnick stated in an interview with Bloomberg News that China would resume supplying rare earths to the U.S., and once China does so, the U.S. will withdraw a series of countermeasures against China. President Trump also mentioned at a White House event that the two sides had just signed a trade agreement but did not provide further details.

900 Containers Abandoned! Vast Majority Originate from China...
A sudden and unprecedented wave of abandoned shipments has erupted at Mexico's Port of Manzanillo: approximately 900 containers were deserted within a single month, marking a staggering 300% year-on-year surge. The overwhelming majority contained goods from China and were identified as "counterfeit or pirated products." This incident has not only drawn widespread attention across the cross-border logistics industry but has also exposed hidden compliance risks amid Mexico’s increasingly stringent intellectual property regulations.
This surge in abandoned cargo is not an isolated event but a direct consequence of Mexico’s escalated nationwide crackdown on piracy. According to the Mexican National Customs Agency (ANAM), most of these abandoned shipments were detained during customs inspections due to the inability to provide compliant documentation, ultimately leading shippers or freight forwarders to abandon the goods.
The official reason cited by ANAM is: Mexico’s intensified nationwide anti-piracy campaign has led shippers/forwarders to abandon goods outright due to their "inability to provide compliant proof."
Investigations revealed:
• Severe discrepancies between the bill of lading/packing list information and the actual cargo;
• Overseas agents failed to declare accurate product details as required;
• Consignees chose to abandon shipments over fears of substantial fines and legal liabilities.
The core issue lies in the lack of prior warnings regarding brand infringement risks and weak compliance awareness, culminating in the current situation.

When "Medicinal and Edible Homology" Meets "Fermented Health Foods": Decoding the Breakthrough of a Trillion-Yuan Market Driven by the Twin Golden Engines
In recent years, the fermented health food industry has gained significant consumer favor for its functions in promoting digestion and enhancing immunity. Concurrently, the number of enterprises entering this sector has surged, intensifying competition—particularly within the fermented beverage segment, which has diversified into liquid, solid, and other forms. Driven by the "Healthy China 2030" strategy, the industry is poised to complete a paradigm shift—from basic nutritional supplementation to precision health management.
Through fermentation technology, fermented substances preserve the nutritional components of raw materials while generating novel bioactive compounds beneficial to human health. Recent studies reveal that these substances are rich in elements that prevent diseases, supplement nutrition, and enhance bodily wellness. They exhibit antioxidant, immunity-boosting, lipid-lowering, and metabolism-accelerating effects, enabling targeted regulation of human physiological functions.

Functions of α-Tocopherol Nicotinate
Tocopherol nicotinate is a neurological system drug with the following primary functions:
1. Vasodilatory effect:
Directly acts on blood vessel walls to dilate vessels, increase blood flow, and promote peripheral circulation as well as blood flow to the brain, skin, and muscles.
2. Vascular strengthening effect:
Stabilizes microsomal membranes, prevents hemolysis, prolongs red blood cell lifespan, and inhibits the destruction of microsomal membranes.
3. Cholesterol metabolism regulation:
Inhibits cholesterol biosynthesis and deposition in blood vessel walls, promotes its excretion into bile, and accelerates cholesterol elimination through feces.

Yakult Launches New Brand "Soycute" with Three Fermented Soymilk Products
Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. has unveiled its new brand "Soycute", introducing three fermented soymilk products: Original Soymilk (110g), Blueberry Soymilk (110g), and Sugar-Free Original Soymilk (400g). This launch offers consumers a light and healthy dietary choice.
The 400g sugar-free original variant specifically targets health-conscious consumers. Through fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, the product enhances the bioavailability of soy isoflavones. The fermentation process mimics gut bacteria's enzymes by cleaving off sugar molecules from soy isoflavones, thereby increasing isoflavone aglycones content. This mechanism ensures efficient nutrient absorption for individuals with varying digestive capacities.
