Better Juice has extended its sugar reduction technology to fruit ice cream
Better Juice, a food technology company, has expanded its sugar-reduction technology to include fruit ice cream bars that can cut sugar by 50% to 70% and calories by 40%. At present, the company produces ice cream with apple, orange, strawberry and other flavors.
It is reported that the traditional ice cream contains about 50% of fruit puree, sugar or other sweeteners and water, sugar content is relatively high, because fructose and no fatty acids, sugar is more easily absorbed by the blood.
Better Juice's enzyme technology reduces sugar in juice through bioconversion, turning simple sugar molecules into indigestible ones like dietary fiber, but without affecting its natural complex of vitamins, fiber and nutrients.

Dongpeng beverage plans to build Kunming factory

Etihad Cargo and SF Air increase cargo services and expand partnership
Etihad Cargo and SF Airways will launch a new cargo service between Shenzhen and ABU Dhabi to boost cargo capacity between China and the UAE.
A weekly cargo service between Bao 'an International Airport in Shenzhen, China and Zayed International Airport in ABU Dhabi will be launched on 13 July, which will be the fifth gateway destination to Etihad Cargo's China network.
The launch of the Shenzhen-Abu Dhabi service will bring an additional capacity of more than 200 tonnes, bringing the combined weekly available capacity of the two airlines to 630 tonnes.
